Because each order is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage during delivery.

All of our items are made-to-order and unique to each customer.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (changed your mind)

  • Wrong size or color selected by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping address provided

To ensure the best experience, please double-check your order details before submitting.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, we’re here to make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the defect or damage

Once verified, we will:

  • Reprint and resend your item at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund (depending on your preference)


3. Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect product (different design, size, or color), please email us within 7 days of delivery.

4. Missing Orders
